Ron and Elliot have over 40 years of combined experience in property development. They have currently developed three properties with Greystone Property Development Corp. , and are scouting additional profitable real estate development opportunities throughout Alberta.

Ron began his real estate career in 1991 with Knowlton Realty where he worked as a leasing negotiator. In 1996, he moved to CB Richard Ellis to help expand the CB brand in Edmonton. He served on the investment team at CB for 10 years, rising to the position of Vice President and shareholder in CBRE Alberta. Camgill Enterprises Ltd. identified Ron as the ideal person to lead the privately held development company’s expansion efforts and brought him onboard in 2006. As a Vice President for Camgill, Ron would oversee all aspects of construction and leasing, reviewed new acquisition and development opportunities, and was responsible for long-term client/developer relationships. Ron managed the Camgill office for 10 years and is now the President of Greystone Property Management Corp. and Greystone Property Development Corp. He has Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta. Ron is a father of three, and is an avid skier who can be spotted behind a boat in the summer and on the slopes in the winter.

Elliot pulls double duty managing Capital Projects and internal maintenance staff for Greystone Property Management Corp., and managing land design, development, and construction for Greystone Property Development Corp. He has almost a decade of well-rounded experience in the industry, and has built solid relationships with municipalities across Alberta. Elliot has been involved with the development of many different types of properties, and is passionate about acquiring and developing real estate. Elliot has a self-acknowledged obsession with following baseball, and plays in a local band.
